GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from participation in and access to the \"Knower Conference\u2122<\/strong> 2024\" (\"Event\"), to be held on 29 May, between 09:00 and 18:00, at MEO Arena - Sala Tejo.<\/p>

The event is organised by Knower Projects, S.A. (NIPC 506111148), hereinafter the \"Organiser\".<\/p>

Participation in and access to the Event implies full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>

Participants undertake to comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, and in the event of a breach thereof, Knower\u2122 may adopt any measures provided for and\/or permitted by applicable law.<\/p>

REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT<\/strong><\/h3>

Entry to the event must be made by purchasing tickets at https:\/\/blueticket.meo.pt\/<\/a>.<\/p>

BEHAVIOUR AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong><\/h3>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

The Organiser undertakes to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all Participants.<\/p>

Participants, who must behave in a manner compatible with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, are responsible for the consequences of their actions related to participation in the Event.<\/p>

Participants must refrain from using the Event for advertising, prospecting, unsolicited publicity messages, canvassing, for professional, commercial or political purposes (adverts, \"spam\" content or references to other products, commercial offers or websites...) or, more generally, contrary to current legislation.<\/p>

Participants must also refrain from interfering with or disturbing the running of the Event.<\/p>

Participants are informed that the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw access to any Participant who does not comply with these Terms and, in particular, to any Participant who behaves in a way that the Organiser considers offensive or inappropriate.<\/p>

Participants agree to hold the Organiser and its partners harmless from all claims, demands and actions brought by third parties as a result of, based on, or arising from their participation in the Event and to hold Knower\u2122 harmless from any liability whatsoever.<\/p>

PROGRAMME, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

The content of the presentations is the sole responsibility of the speakers.<\/p>

The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event at any time and without prior notice, particularly with regard to its content, or to cancel it without having to justify its decision.<\/p>

PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE DISSEMINATION<\/strong><\/h3>

The personal data provided when you register for the Event or subsequently when you take part in the Event is intended for Knower Projects, S.A., as the data controller.<\/p>

The data will be used for the time necessary to manage your participation in the Event, for the following purposes:<\/p>

Manage registration and participation in the Event<\/p>

Monitoring the Event's performance and carrying out statistical studies<\/p>

Sending a satisfaction survey at the end of the event.<\/p>

All images and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction within the premises is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Organisation.<\/p>

The Participant recognises that he\/she may appear in the images taken at the event by different means for subsequent dissemination of information. In this sense, they authorise this use, which will be the responsibility of each medium. The images may appear on the internet, but their dissemination cannot be controlled.<\/p>

GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

Knower\u2122 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If the change is substantial, a notice will be placed on the website.<\/p>

If one of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or void by a competent court or as a result of a legislative or regulatory change, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions that remain in force.<\/p>

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in Portugal and, with regard to personal data, by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.<\/p>

Os Participantes comprometem-se a respeitar as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nos presentes Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais, sendo que em caso de viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos, poder\u00e1 a Knower\u2122 adotar todas as medidas nele previstas e\/ou permitidas pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel. INSCRI\u00c7\u00c3O E PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O NO EVENTO \u00a0 A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento dever\u00e1 ser realizada atrav\u00e9s da compra de bilhetes em https:\/\/blueticket.meo.pt\/. CONDUTA E RESPONSABILIDADES \u00a0 A Organizadora compromete-se a proporcionar um ambiente seguro, inclusivo e acolhedor a todos os Participantes. Os Participantes, que dever\u00e3o adotar uma conduta compat\u00edvel com o disposto nos Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais, s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pelas consequ\u00eancias das suas a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento. Os Participantes devem abster-se de utilizar o Evento para propaganda, prospe\u00e7\u00e3o, mensagens publicit\u00e1rias n\u00e3o solicitadas, angaria\u00e7\u00e3o, para fins profissionais, comerciais ou pol\u00edticos (an\u00fancios, conte\u00fados “spam” ou refer\u00eancias a outros produtos, ofertas comerciais ou sites da Internet…) ou, de um modo mais geral, que sejam contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor. Os Participantes devem igualmente abster-se de interferir ou perturbar o funcionamento do Evento. Os Participantes s\u00e3o informados que a Organizadora reserva o direito de retirar o acesso a qualquer Participante que n\u00e3o cumpra os presentes Termos e, nomeadamente, a qualquer Participante que se comporte de uma forma que a Organizadora considere ofensiva ou impr\u00f3pria. Os Participantes concordam em isentar a Organizadora e os seus parceiros de todas as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, exig\u00eancias e a\u00e7\u00f5es intentadas por terceiros em resultado de, com base em, ou decorrentes da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento e em isentar a Knower\u2122 de qualquer responsabilidade. PROGRAMA, ALTERA\u00c7\u00d5ES E CANCELAMENTO O conte\u00fado das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 da exclusiva responsabilidade dos oradores. A Organizadora reserva-se o direito de alterar o Evento a qualquer momento e sem aviso pr\u00e9vio, nomeadamente no que diz respeito ao seu conte\u00fado, ou de o cancelar sem necessidade de justificar a sua decis\u00e3o. DADOS PESSOAIS E DIFUS\u00c3O DE IMAGEM \u00a0 Os dados pessoais facultados aquando do teu registo no Evento ou, posteriormente, aquando da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento destinam-se \u00e0 sociedade Knower Projects, S.A., enquanto respons\u00e1vel pelo tratamento dos dados. Os dados ser\u00e3o utilizados durante o tempo necess\u00e1rio \u00e0 gest\u00e3o da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento, com as seguintes finalidades: Gerir o registo e participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Evento Monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho do Evento e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estudos estat\u00edsticos Envio de inqu\u00e9rito de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no final do Evento. Todas as imagens e direitos de propriedade intelectual s\u00e3o reservados. Qualquer filmagem, grava\u00e7\u00e3o ou reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o dentro das instala\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 proibida, a menos que expressamente autorizada pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. O Participante reconhece que pode aparecer nas imagens capturadas no espa\u00e7o do evento por diferentes meios para posterior divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Nesse sentido, autoriza esse uso, que ser\u00e1 da responsabilidade de cada meio. As imagens podem aparecer na internet, n\u00e3o podendo a sua difus\u00e3o ser controlada. Para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, designadamente quanto aos direitos do titular dos dados pessoais, poder\u00e1 consultar a nossa Pol\u00edtica de Privacidade em https:\/\/aivolution.knower.pt\/politica-de-privacidade\/ DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS \u00a0 A Knower\u2122 reserva-se o direito de alterar os presentes termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es a todo o tempo. Caso a altera\u00e7\u00e3o seja substancial, ser\u00e1 colocado um aviso no website. Se uma das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es dos presentes Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es for considerada inv\u00e1lida ou nula por um tribunal competente ou em resultado de uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o legislativa ou regulamentar, a nulidade dessa disposi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o afeta a validade das demais disposi\u00e7\u00f5es dos presentes Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es que permanecem em vigor. Os presentes termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o regidos pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1veis em Portugal e, no que aos dados pessoais diz respeito pelo disposto no Regulamento (UE) 2016\/679, do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 27 de abril de 2016.
